This year we are making a Christmas beer in a more classic sense, created to match the Danish Christmas food. However, we have kept the anarchist twist. We've done that by giving this rye-based Red Ale a shot of cranberry. The use of rye is as if created to accompany rye bread, and the general malt and hop composition means that this beer is going to be absolutely perfect for the Danish Christmas meal.
